What is a life coach?
A life coach is a supportive and collaborative partner who works with you to uncover all the inner strengths and resources you need to improve your life.
I firmly believe that you are the expert in your own life and you have all the answers and resources you need already within you. As your coach, my role is to listen, support, challenge and encourage you whilst keeping our conversations focused and productive, so that you get the best results and outcomes from our time working together.
I can help you to think strategically and create new perspectives and possibilities, to make decisions, plan and design action, and provide you with the support and tools you need to make changes in your life which will make real impact and bring about positive and lasting transformation in your present, and your future.
My approach as a Coach is flexible and I understand that people work in different ways. Whether you are someone who is energised and motivated by goals and deadlines, or you find that taking the time to talk things over with someone brings you clarity, I will work with the approach that suits you best and will empower you most to implement lasting and effective change.
